Glute Lab combines structured, progressive programming with focused small group coaching to build glute muscle mass, strength and power. Using barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, cables, loop bands and more, each session is designed to challenge your body through modern movement patterns that support performance in and out of the gym.

  • Build lower-body strength and power through progressive training.
  • Improve stability, movement quality and muscular endurance.
  • Create stronger shape, lift and definition over time.

The Method:

Coach Earl guides each 50-minute class with hands-on attention to form, pace and safe progression. Expect a focused, challenging class that uses a mix of strength tools to keep the work fresh, effective and easy to scale.

CLASS SCHEDULE & PRICING

Glute Lab combines targeted lower-body strength training with expert coaching to help you build strength, improve performance, and develop confidence in the weight room.

Current class times include:
Wednesdays at 5:15 PM
Saturdays at 10:45 AM

Try your first two sessions for just $15 each.
4 Sessions – $160
8 Sessions – $280
12 Sessions – $360

Transferable session packages may be used for either Glute Lab or Small Group Strength Coaching.
