Chablis brings a lifetime of movement, leadership, and passion for fitness to Method Health Club. She grew up in Utah, where she trained and competed in both gymnastics and dance, building the strong technical foundation that continues to influence her coaching style today.
Her love for teaching began early—she started instructing dance classes at just 14 years old and later went on to coach a nationally award-winning high school dance team in Utah. Her ability to inspire, mentor, and develop athletes quickly became one of her greatest strengths.
Over the years, her family lived around the world, and with each move she expanded her expertise in the fitness industry. She became certified in step aerobics and Zumba, and while living in Alaska, and while in Australia she earned her Pilates certification through Studio Pilates and her personal training certification through the Australian Institute of Fitness with a focus on Pre and Postnatal training and rehabilitation. She has recently continued her professional development by pursuing comprehensive Pilates certification through Balanced Body.
Today, Chablis serves as the Group Fitness Director and Pilates Director at Method Health Club. She is passionate about creating empowering, results-driven programs that help members feel strong, confident, and capable at every stage of life, including working with the Special Olympics program and community.
Outside the gym, Chablis enjoys hiking, reading, baking, dancing, and strength training. Above all, she values time with her four children and believes that movement is one of the greatest gifts we can give ourselves and our families.
