Signing up for a membership is easy! Simply visit the “Join Now” page. From there, you can explore our membership options and complete the registration process online. Additionally, you can sign up in person with our membership services team.

Whether you need to change your membership plan, update your billing information or make any other adjustments, our team will assist you every step of the way. Simply contact our membership services team via email or visit us in person.

Our membership services team is available Monday to Friday 6am-7pm and Saturday and Sunday 7am-4pm to take you on a tour of the club and answer any questions you have about classes, services and membership options. Yes, we offer a complimentary one day trial for those who are interested in experiencing our facilities before becoming a member. Simply fill out the form to request your trial pass.

Yes, we offer the option to freeze your membership due to travel, illness or other personal circumstances for $15/month. Please contact our membership services team by phone at 833-564-6642 or via email for assistance with this.

We welcome guests at Method Health Club! Members can bring guests for $20 per visit. The regular non-member guest fee is $25 per visit.

Method Health Club is open Monday through Thursday 5am-9pm, Friday 5am-8pm and Saturday and Sunday 7am-7pm.

Absolutely! We provide complimentary Wi-Fi access for all our members to stay connected while they work out or relax in our facility.

Classes & coaching

Yes, we offer a wide range of group fitness and Rally small-group classes catering to different interests and fitness levels – all included with your membership! With yoga, Pilates, barre, TRX and so much more, you’re sure to find what you are looking for. Check our class schedules for more details.

We highly recommend making a reservation for our classes to secure your spot. Reserving your spot ensures you’ll have a space in the class and helps us maintain class sizes conducive to an optimal workout experience. You can easily make a reservation through the Technogym app. Members can walk-in for Rally classes if spots are available. Reservations are highly recommended, but not required if spots are open.
