Women’s Small Group Strength at Method is designed to teach women how to lift safely and effectively with barbells while building long-term strength. Coaching emphasizes proper technique, controlled progression and injury prevention, while supporting hormone balance, bone density and mobility. Beyond the training itself, this is a space where women support each other, celebrate wins and keep showing up together.
