This class is all about getting your heart pumping with dance and aerobics-inspired moves. You’ll groove to a mix of hip-hop, Latin, pop and even kickboxing. Expect some light dumbbells for added strength work, including squats, but most importantly, it’s guaranteed to be fun and sweaty!
