We had an amazing experience at Method Health Club with Mike. Our 13U baseball team was starting strength and conditioning for the first time this past winter and we weren’t really sure what to expect. Mike and Brent did a great job of understanding what our goals were and where we wanted to focus with our players to help build strength and explosiveness as they continued their transition to the big field and prepared for middle school and eventually high school baseball. Couldn’t be happier with how they worked with the kids, understanding each kid’s strengths and helping them to gain confidence and abilities they didn’t even know they had!
