At 78 years young, Rob Rothstein proves it’s never too late to build a lifetime of strength and positivity. 💪
His fitness journey began at age 13 after a difficult moment — being bullied by a PE teacher for being overweight and unfit. Instead of letting that break him, Rob used it as motivation, building discipline through exercise. Starting with resistance bands, he progressed to weightlifting with his dad and even trained with marines while his family was stationed in Africa.
Since joining Method Health Club in 2022, Rob has become a pillar of encouragement, calling the community “a family” and praising the staff for keeping the club clean and welcoming.
His mantra?
