Your coach, Chris Pellegrino, will build a personalized program and guide hands-on sessions to improve balance, power and movement efficiency.
Stay on track with the TPI app featuring guided workouts, progress tracking and feedback between sessions to support long-term results.
Chris is a certified TPI coach and holds a master’s in exercise science focused on performance enhancement and injury prevention. He’s helped athletes of all levels increase strength, precision and longevity in their performance.
Chris is also the strength and conditioning coach for Potomac High School boys basketball, which has won 10+ championships under his leadership.
