Train with a small, results-driven group that pushes you to your next level. Using high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and non-traditional equipment, small group coaching combines guidance and camaraderie to maximize performance and results.
Learn to lift safely and effectively with barbells while supporting hormone balance, bone density, mobility and injury prevention. This program is designed to help women build strength and confidence in a supportive group setting.
