Our small group classes are called Rally and for good reason. Rally provides a results-oriented approach to training in a small group format for up to eight members. Led by our performance coaches, Rally classes include high-intensity interval training (HIIT) programs and state-of-the-art, functional equipment, enabling you to rise to new heights.
We highly recommend making a reservation for Rally classes to secure your spot. Reserving your spot ensures you’ll have a space in the class and helps us maintain class sizes conducive to an optimal workout experience. You can easily make a reservation through the MyWellness app.
