Earl is a Northern Virginia native with a passion for fitness and mindfulness. Certified in personal training, strength and conditioning and corrective exercise, Earl blends movement, yoga and meditation to help others feel strong and centered. When he`s not working, you’ll find him outdoors with loved ones, soaking up nature.
